ingredients (serves 2-4):
1 cup quinoa (pronouced keen-wah)
2 cups chicken broth
feta goat cheese, crumbled
handful of white button mushrooms, cut in fourths
2 handfuls of peas

cook quinoa in rice cooker with chicken broth (takes about 30 minutes). meanwhile, crumble goat cheese, sauté mushrooms and cook peas. mix all together when quinoa is finished. salt to taste. yummm.
